Prince William is royalty, so why would he spend the night in the streets of London being homeless? Prince william had hatch the plan back in march to this. He was dertermine to figure out what a homeless person goes through.He spent a chilly night near Blackfriars Bridge last week with Seyi Obakin, the chief executive of British homeless charity Centrepoint. He said "I cannot, after one night, even begin to imagine what it must be like to sleep rough on London's streets night after night," William said Tuesday. "Poverty, mental illness, drug and alcohol dependancy and family breakdown cause people to become and then stay homeless."I hope that by deepening my understanding of the issue, I can help do my bit to help the most vulnerable on our streets." Like his mother Princess Diana, the young prince is a very charitable person, she taught them that at an early age. I think he should get a Nobel Peace Prize in my opinion, you don't see many royalty or super rich people doing that nowadays. What have you seen lately in the world, accept greed and more greed from some of the world leaders. They care more about themselves, than the people who help put them in power. Not William however he was able to put himself in someone else's shoes, not needing to. In fact the prince said himself he sees how its easy for some of these people turn to drugs. The world can learn from the prince, that we all can humble ourselves one in a while.
